Mail Chimp & Survey Monkey
In Key West, I spent years providing marketing services for two local non-profit organizations. The Lower Keys Guides Association is based in Key West and the Florida Keys Guide Association is located in the middle keys. Of the multiple tasks performed, I created newsletters and maintained the recipient database using Mail Chimp. I also integrated WordPress’ Membership Works tool with Mail Chimp for complete membership database management and to automate communications. Using Survey Monkey, I generated multiple surveys and reported on the results for topics ranging from the annual fishing competition to gauging member opinion on critical issues affecting the marine ecosystem.
Informational Publications
As the Customer Relationship Manager for the State of Florida’s data center, I drafted the Message Florida newsletter distributed to 100,000 state personnel and contractors. The F. A. S. T. brochure was drafted for the Agency Director to present to approximately 200 Florida Mayors in 2014 describing the technical aspects of the new data center.
